Ingredients
1/2 pack of Kuay Teow flat rice noodles (separate strands)
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 sausage & fish cake sliced
1 egg
1 cup mung bean sprouts
Few sprigs of chives
1 Tbs chili paste (chili boh or equivalent)
1 Tbs dark soy sauce
1 Tbs light soy sauce
Salt/Pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Heat oil in work, fry garlic until fragrant
2. Add in fish cake and sausage, fry for 1 min
3. Add in 1/3 of the bean sprouts, fry for 1 min
4. Add in the Kuay Teow, fry for 1 min
5. Add in all the seasoning, sauce, fry for 1 min
6. Add in egg, fry for 1 min
7. Add in balance vegetables and fry until wilted
8. Serve hot
