Vegetable Waffles





Ingredients
For Vegetable Waffles (1 serving)
- ½ cup of Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 small Egg
- ½ cup Milk

Preparation
- Prepare the Mixed Vegetables. If frozen, microwave it.
- Make the Waffle batter.
- Mix Milk and Egg
- Mix the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the Mixed Vegetables.
- Add in the wet ingredients
- Heat the Waffle iron, and make Waffles
- Sprinkle with mixed Vegetables and optionally with Cheese or Mayonnaise
