Malaysian Maggi Goreng




Ingredients
- 1 pack Maggi Instant Soup Noodles (any flavor or any brand)
- 1 sprig Curry Leaf
- 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
- ½ medium Onion (sliced)
- 2cm Carrot (julienned)
- 2 pieces Long Beans (cut)
- 1 sprig Mustard Greens (cut)
- 1 cup shredded Cabbage
- ½ Tomato (wedged)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil

Garnishing
- ½ Cucumber (sliced)
- Fried Shallots

Preparation
- Heat up wok, add vegetable oil, and fry the Curry Leaves until fragrant.
- Add in the Garlic and Onion and fry for 1 minute.
- Add in Egg, spread into thin layer and let cook.
- Then add in rest of the vegetables, except the Tomato and Cucumber
- Stir Fry for 1 minute, then add in the Instant Noodles soup seasoning powder into the vegetables. Mix well.
- Add 1.5 cups of water, bring to boil and add in the Instant Noodles in the center. Cook for a little while then add Tomatoes.
- Turn off heat and garnish with Fried Shallots and Cucumber.
- Enjoy!
