Deep Fried Anchovies






Ingredients
For Deep Fried Anchovies
- 1 cup of Fresh Anchovies or Whitebait Fish
- A pinch of Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder.
- 1 cup all purpose Flour, with a pinch of Salt and Pepper
- A sprig of Curry Leaves
- Thinly sliced Onion
- Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation
- Prepare the Flour mixture by mixing a pinch of Salt and Pepper with the Flour.
- Marinade the Anchovies with a pinch of Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder.
- Coat with the Flour Mixture.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in Pot and fry until crispy.
- Add Curry Leaves to fry just before the Fish is ready.
- Serve hot with thinly sliced Onions
- Enjoy!
