Vegetable Fritters. This is a deliciously simple recipe for a very soft and chewy interior. To make it a more crispy less soft version, leave out the egg. Great fast to make snack when you need something to bite or need a quick perk up.

Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetable (thawed)
1 egg
2 cups plain wheat flour
Sufficient water to make a thick batter
1/2 tsp salt
(all below are optional to make it more delicious)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetable (thawed)

Preparation
1. (Exclude the vegetable), mix everything else together into a thick batter
2. Add the thawed frozen vegetables
3. Mix well
4. Heat oil and fry a tablespoon of batter by a tablespoon.
5. Option to leave out the egg to make it more of a crispier but less soft version
