Ingredients
3/4 kg mutton/beef
3 tomatoes halved
2 green chilies chopped
3 coriander stalks
1 cup ginger/garlic/onion paste
spices: 1/2 Tbs each: Garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper
1 cup youghurt
2 Tbs ghee
Salt to taste

Preparation
1. Pressure cook meat.
2. Heat oil, add meat, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 mins
3. Then add tomato, green chilly, salt,
3. Then add pressure cooker stock
4. Cover and cook, remove tomato skins
5. Smash tomatoes into the sauce
6. Add all the dry spices, mix and cook and reduce
7. Add yoghurt and keep frying to reduce
8. Add ghee and keep frying until the oil separates
9. Dress with coriander, ginger pieces
