Definitely one of the easiest dessert to make and incredibly addictive. Only needs 3 ingredients. Once you start eating, you can't stop. We can use any type of sweet potato to make this. There is the orange type, the purple type or in this video, I had used the Japanese sweet potato which is extra sweet.

Ingredients (Adjust amount as needed)
100gm Japanese Sweet potato
50gm Tapioca Flour (Tepung Ubi Kayu) - don't use other flour
25gm Sugar
Preparation
1. Steam or boil the sweet potato until soft, skin, and mash
2. Add sufficient tapioca flour and sugar to form a soft dough
3. Divide into small balls and deep fry
4. Drain on kitchen towel
5. Let it cool and enjoy!
