Masala Mushrooms




Ingredients
200gm White Oyster Mushrooms
1 Large Onion (Chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1cm Ginger (Chopped)
2-3 Green Chilies (Chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 Sprigs Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Fennel Seeds
3 Cloves, 3 Cardamom pods
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbs Coriander Powder
2-3 Tbs vege Oil, Salt

> Preparation
Heat oil in pan/pot. Fry the dry spices Mustard/Fennel/Cumin/Cloves/Cardamom until crackling.
Add in Onion, Ginger, Garlic, fry for 2 mins
Add in Spice powders Turmeric, Chili, Coriander Powder, fry for 1 min.
Add in Tomato and Chili and fry until Tomato is soft. Add a splash of water during this.
Season with Salt
Add in the Mushroom and fry until soft. Season with sufficient salt.
Add in Coriander leaves and serve with rice.
Serve and Enjoy!
