Chinese Vegetarian Stir Fry
Ingredients
For Chinese Vegetarian Stir Fry
1 cup Cauliflower (cut)
2 cm Lotus root (sliced)
0.5 cup mixed vegetables
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Tbs Mushroom Powder
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
Salt/Pepper
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Cornstarch (for thickening)
Preparation
Heat oil, add the chopped Garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add Cauliflower and Lotus Root and fry for 5 minutes.
Add Mixed Vegetables.
Then add in Mushroom Powder, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper
Cook for 5 minutes
Add Cornstarch into 3 Tbs water and add to the vegetables, bring to boil.
Serve hot.
