Grilled Mandi Chicken in Halogen Oven




Ingredients
For Grilled Mandi Chicken
1 large Chicken Breast (scored)
1 Tbs Mandi spice or Garam Masala
½ Tsp Chilly Flakes
1 pinch Black Pepper
½ tsp White Vinegar
Salt to taste

Preparation
Clean the Chicken Breast, score the breast with shallow cuts so the spices can penetrate the chicken.
Add the spice mixture to the Chicken and add salt. Add the White Vinegar.
Let marinade for at least 2 hours
Grill in oven at 200C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot.
