Fried Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
For Fried Chinese Cabbage
3 cups of Chinese Cabbage (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
3cm Carrot (shredded)
½ cup Woodear Mushroom (shredded)
2 Tbs Chicken Spam (optional)
1 Tbs Oyster Sauce
Vegetable Oil, Salt, Pepper

Preparation
If  using dried Woodear Mushroom, soak, clean and the shred the mushroom.
Head 2 Tbs Vegetable Oil in pan, fry the Garlic and Spam. Break Spam into small pieces.
Add the Carrot and Woodear Mushroom, fry for 2 minutes, and then add the Oyster Sauce.
Then add the stalks of the Chinese Cabbage, and then the leaves. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Cook until soft.
Serve with Rice. Enjoy.
