Breakfast Egg Burritos




Ingredients
For Egg Burritos
- 1 cups Wheat Flour (for Tortillas)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- Salt, Vegetable Oil

For Garnishing
- Hot Sauce
- Mayonnaise

Preparation
- Add the Egg to the Onion. Heat pan and make an omelet.
- Make the Flour Tortillas. Add a pinch of Salt to Flour and add sufficient Water to make a soft dough. Divide into large balls, if needed, use a roller and pan roast the Tortillas.
- Assemble the Tortillas with the filling and garnishing.
- Enjoy.
