Bitter Gourd with Salted Egg Yolk




Ingredients
For Bitter Gourd with Salted Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Bitter Gourd (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 cm Carrot (chopped)
- 1 Salted Egg Yolk
- Vegetable Oil, Salt

Preparation
- Heat up a small pan, with 2 Tbs of Vegetable oil.
- Fry the Garlic, Onion and Carrots until soft.
- Add the Salted Egg Yolk, break up into small pieces.
- Then add the Bitter Gourd slices. Add ½ cup water.
- Cook until Bitter Gourd is soft. Season with Salt.
- Serve with Rice.
- Enjoy.
