Barley with Gingko Nut Dessert





Ingredients
For Barley with Gingko Nut Dessert (2 servings)
- 2 Tbs dry Barley grains
- 3 Tbs Sugar
- 1 handful Gingko Nuts (shelled)
- 1 piece dried Bean Curd Skin
- 4 cups Water

Preparation
- Wash and boil the Barley grains in the water until soft.
- In the mean time, shell the Gingko nuts.
- Crush the dried Beancurd Skin
- Add all components to the Barley and cook for extra 20-30 minutes until soft.
- Serve hot.
