Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll
Ingredients
For Spring Roll
- Vietnamese Rice Paper
- Fresh Lettuce Leaves
- Rice Noodles (soaked in hot water)
- Cucumber (deseeded and cut)
- Spring Onions (cut)
- Sweet Basil Leaves
- Strips of cooked meat (Pork, Chicken, Shrimp)
For Chilly Dipping Sauce
- 1 Tbs Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbs White Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Tbs Red Chilly Flakes
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup water
For Garnishing
- Cucumber, Lettuce Leaves, Sweet Basil Leaves, Spring Onions
Preparation
- Prepare all the ingredients before hand. Clean and cut the vegetables into correct sizes.
- Cook and prepare the meat.
- Make the Chilly dipping sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Prepare the Spring Roll by first wetting the dried Vietnamese Rice Paper.
- Arrange the raw vegetables and meat and roll into a tight roll.
- Serve with Fresh Vegetables and Chilly Dipping sauce.
- Enjoy!
