Malaysian Kuih Bingkai Ubi Kayu (Tapioca Cake)





Ingredients
For Kuih Bingkai Ubi Kayu
- 1 cup Tapioca (cut into pieces)
- ¼ cup grated Coconut
- ¼ cup Coconut Milk
- 3 Tbs Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 drop of Yellow food coloring

Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together into a thick paste.
- Oil a baking dish.
- Bake at 200C for 20 minutes until the Tapioca cake is firm.
- Let cool, remove from mould, cut and enjoy.
- Enjoy.
