Japanese Style Glutinous Rice Cakes with Fruits
Ingredients
For Glutinous Rice Cakes
- ½ cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- A little Water
- 1 can Fruit Cocktail of choice
- Ice
Preparation
- Mix the Salt, Sugar and Water until dissolved.
- Add the Glutinous Rice Flour and make into a soft dough.
- Roll round balls and boil in a pot of water until cooked and floats.
- Drain Glutinous Rice Cakes into an ice bath for a few minutes.
- Serve with Fruit Cocktail and Syrup and Ice
- Serve cold and enjoy!
