Indian Vegetable Bhaji / Fried Vegetable Croquette
Ingredients
For Vegetable Bhaji
- 1.5 cups Wheat Flour
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Water
For Vegetables
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 sprig Spring Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Bean Sprouts
Preparation
- First prepare the batter. Add Wheat Flour, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, water to form a thick batter.
- Add all the vegetables into the thick batter and mix well.
- Heat frying oil in a pot.
- Scoop a small portion of batter and fry in batches until golden brown
- Serve hot with chilly sauce.
