Fried Cabbage with Indian Spices





Ingredients
For Fried Cabbage
- 2-3 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- ½ cup Carrot (shredded)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Coconut oil

Preparation
- Heat up the Coconut Oil in pan.
- Fry the Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Fennel Seeds.
- Then add in the Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Chilly Powder.
- Fry the spices for a few seconds.
- Add in Cabbage and Carrots.
- Add ¼ cup water.
- Season with Salt.
- Fry the Cabbage until it is cooked and soft.
- Serve and enjoy!
