Chinese Spring Onion Pancake

Ingredients
For Spring Onion Pancake
- 1.5 cups of Wheat Flour
- 1 cup of Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
Preparation
- Mix water and Wheat Flour into a soft dough, rest for 5 minutes
- Flour the surface, and roll dough into a round, thin disc
- Add 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil over the top of the dough.
- Sprinkle chopped Spring Onion and salt over the dough.
- Roll up dough into a tight log and roll up into a circular spiral.
- Then roll again into a think disc again.
- Fry in Vegetable Oil in a hot skillet
- Serve hot
