Butter Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
For Butter Caramel Popcorn (1 portion)
- 1/3 cup dry Corn Kernel
- 2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tbs White Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tbs Butter

Preparation
- Heat 2 Tbs Vegetable Oil in pot with cover gently.
- Add the dry Corn Kernel and fry under slow flame until kernels are puffed.
- As the kernel begins to pop, cover the lid, and turn up the flame.
- Let the Corn Kernels pop and give it an occasional shake.
- When popping stops, turn off the flame.
- Prepare the Caramel in an empty pot.
- Heat the Sugar and Salt with a splash of water until it caramelized.
- When it starts to turn light brown, lower heat and add Butter, stir, then turn off the flame.
- Pour the Caramel over the popcorn and mix well, let completely cool before eating.
