Upma / Uppuma - a popular South Indian breakfast or snack

One of my favorite and healthy Indian breakfast food. Upma or Uppuma, is a delicious dish cooked with wheat semolina (rava), and has lots of fiber, and rich in vitamins. The name upma is derived from South Indian languages consisting of 2 words Uppu (salt) and Mavu (flour). In the most basic form, it's just wheat semolina, salt and water. Of course, usually during cooking, we add additional spices and condiments to make it more delicious.
