Thai Sticky Rice with Mango
Ingredients
Thai Sticky Rice with Mango
- 1 cup White Glutinous Rice (soaked overnight)
- 1 cup thin Coconut Milk
- 1 ripe Mango (peeled)
- Sugar and Salt
Preparation
- Soak the White Glutinous Rice overnight.
- Steam the White Glutinous Rice in a steamer for at least 30 minutes in a slow flame. Keep the rice in the steamer until ready to serve.
- Add 1 Tbs Sugar and 1 pinch of Salt to the Coconut Milk.
- Peel the mango, and slice into medium slices.
- Serve the White Glutinous Rice on a plate, drizzle over the Coconut Milk, and then layer the Mango on top
- Serve and Enjoy!
