Pandan Coconut Jelly
Ingredients
For Pandan Coconut Jelly
- ½ Cup of Dried Agar
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- Pandan Extract / Essence
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- Water
Preparation
- Boil the Dried Agar in sufficient Water until everything is dissolved.
- Add Sugar and boil until dissolved.
- Set half of the jelly mixture aside and add with Pandan Extract, pour into mould.
- Let the Pandan layer cool and solidify whilst maintaining heat on the balance jelly.
- Add Coconut Milk to the balance jelly, and layer on the Pandan layer.
- Cool to solidify and cut into pieces before eating.
- Enjoy!
