Korean Kimchi Pancakes





Ingredients
- Kimchi Pancake
- Fresh Kimchi (chopped)
- General Purpose Wheat Flour
- 1 Egg
- Water
- 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil for frying

Garnishing
- Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie)
- More fresh Kimchi

Preparation
- Chop Kimchi up in very small pieces.
- Add Egg and mix well.
- Then add Flour and sufficient Water to make a semi thick batter
- Heat oil in non-stick pan, and fry the batter in thin pancake form
- Remove from pan and garnish with Mayonnaise and extra Kimchi.
- Enjoy!
