Hummus and Tahini




Ingredients
- For Tahini
- 1 cup white sesame seeds (toasted)
- Olive Oil
- Salt

For Hummus
- 3 Tbs Tahini
- 1 cup cooked Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans
- Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt
- Olive oil

Others
- Olive oil
- Paprika for dressing

Preparation
- For Tahini – lightly toast the white Sesame Seeds, taking care not to burn them
- Blend the white Sesame seeds with some salt and olive oil until smooth.
- For Hummus – add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve on plate with some drizzle of Olive oil and sprinkle of Paprika.
- Serve with flat bread, Olives and Cucumber
