Glutinous Rice Balls Stuffed with Black Sesame Paste
Ingredients
For Glutinous Rice Balls
- 1 cup White Glutinous Rice Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- Water
For Black Sesame Paste
- 4-5 Tbs Black Sesame Seeds (roasted)
- 2-3 Tbs Sugar
For Ginger Syrup
- Water, Sugar
- Slices of Ginger
Preparation
- Roast Black Sesame Seeds for a few minutes.
- Let cool and grind with Sugar.
- After grinding, add a few drops of water if necessary to make into a thick paste.
- Mixed a pinch of Salt with the White Glutinous Rice Flour and some water to make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll, and stuff with Black Sesame Paste.
- Boil Water with Ginger and cook the Glutinous Rice Balls until they float and are puffed up.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
