Breakfast Pancakes with Raisins and Maple Syrup

Ingredients
For Pancakes
- 1 ½ cups of all purpose Flour
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tbs Butter
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Water

Condiments for Serving
- Butter
- Honey / Maple Syrup

Preparation
- Mix the Butter and Sugar
- Then add Salt, Egg, and mix again
- Add Flour, Milk, Vanilla Extract and Baking Powder. Mix well.
- Add Water to correct thickness.
- Fry on non-stick pan
- Serve with some Butter and Honey/Maple Syrup.
- Enjoy!
