Banana Fritters

Ingredients
For Banana Fritters
- 2-3 pre-ripe Bananas (skinned and cut lengthwise)
- 1 cup all purpose Flour
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Water
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Preparation
- Mix all the dry ingredients with sufficient Water to form a thick batter.
- Peel and cut the Banana length wise and coat with batter.
- Heat Oil in Pot and fry Bananas until golden brown.
- Serve with hot Sweet Milk Tea.
