Shanghai Fried Noodles - simple, easy and delicious snack or meal

A very simple and filling snack or meal. Add any vegetables as you like. A local street favorite in Malaysia.

Ingredients
1/2 pack yellow noodles
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 onion sliced
2 cm fish cake sliced
1/2 chicken sausage sliced
3cm carrots cut into sticks
2 stalks mustard greens cut into pieces
1 handful of beansprouts
1 egg
1 Tbs dark soy sauce
1 Tbs light soy sauce
1 Tbs chili sauce
Salt/Pepper
Dash of roasted sesame oil

Preparation
1. Heat wok and add 2-3 Tbs oil. Fry garlic and onion until translucent
2. Add egg and fry for 1 minute
3. Add in fish cake and sausage and fry for 1 minute
4. Then add in the harder vegetables and fry for 1 minute
5. Add in the rest of the vegetables fry for 1 minute
6. Add in Yellow noodles and fry for 1 minute
7. Add in all the seasoning sauces fry for 2-3 minutes
8. Season with salt/pepper and a dash of roasted sesame oil
